Tickets & Participation

By purchasing a ticket and attending Cake Festival Tours, you agree to the basic rules that ensure the event runs smoothly. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by Cake Festival Tours, in which case full refunds will be issued. Bakers are required to actively participate by bringing a cake, along with a cutter, server, and picnic blanket, as their entry depends on contribution. Tickets cannot be resold or transferred without prior approval, and proof of purchase will be required at the entrance.

Event Experience

Cake Festival Tours is committed to creating a safe, vibrant, and enjoyable environment for everyone. However, we reserve the right to adjust event details such as venue, timing, or schedule if necessary. Bakers remain responsible for the cakes they bring, including ensuring that ingredients are safe and properly labeled for allergens. Tasters and guests participate at their own discretion, acknowledging that Cake Festival Tours is not liable for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or any health-related concerns arising from consumption. Respectful conduct is expected from all attendees, and anyone engaging in disruptive or harmful behavior may be removed without refund. By attending, participants also consent to being photographed or recorded, with images or footage potentially used in future promotional materials.

Liability & Conduct

While we work to provide a secure and enjoyable event, Cake Festival Tours cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Attendance and participation are at each guest’s own risk, and by entering the event, you agree to release Cake Festival Tours from liability related to accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen incidents, except where law requires otherwise. To maintain the safety and enjoyment of the community, we reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to anyone not complying with these Terms & Conditions.
