Cake Festival Tour is expanding across the world. We create large scale cake events filled with music, tastings, creativity, and community. To keep our festivals running smoothly, we work with passionate volunteers and independent contractors who help us bring the experience to life in each city.
These roles are not full time employee positions. They are either paid independent contractor positions or non paid volunteer roles.

City Event Manager
Position / Role
You will oversee the Cake Festival in your city, coordinate with venues, manage event logistics, and support the execution of festival activities. Ideal for someone with event management or community leadership experience.
Independent Contractor

Virtual Assistant
Position / Role
Assist with communication, scheduling, data organization, and backend festival support. Perfect for someone who is detail oriented and comfortable working digitally.

Event Volunteer
Position / Role
Help us manage guest registration, assist bakers, support taste booths, and assist festival teams on event day. No experience is required. Just come ready to help, smile, and be part of the energy.

Position / Role
We are seeking creators who can produce videos, photos, reels, or event day coverage. Applicants must have at least 10,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
