REFUND POLICY

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales for Cake Festival Tours are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for another event unless Cake Festival Tours itself cancels the festival. This policy ensures fairness to both participants and organizers, as events require significant preparation and commitment from bakers, tasters, and venues alike. Bakers are reminded that their participation depends on bringing a cake, and tickets are not refundable in cases where they fail to meet this requirement.

Event Changes or Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Cake Festival Tours may need to adjust event details, such as date, time, or venue. If such changes occur, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Should an event be canceled outright by Cake Festival Tours, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking, and timelines may vary depending on bank or payment processor policies.

Attendee Responsibilities

Guests and bakers who cannot attend due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or travel challenges are not eligible for refunds. Similarly, refunds will not be issued for removal from the event due to misconduct, failure to follow participation rules, or non-compliance with Cake Festival Tours’ Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge and accept this refund policy as part of their agreement to participate in the event.
